Lucas de la Hoz serves as Head of Operations and is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, construction management, estimating, and owner & subcontractor relations. Mr. de la Hoz has been with Bold Construction Group for over three years, during which time he has played an integral role in the company’s operational growth. He previously held the position of Project Manager, where he successfully led projects to completion. Prior to joining Bold, Mr. de la Hoz worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Borlüv, a real estate development company specializing in multi-million-dollar investments. Projects he worked on included: land development, commercial, multifamily, and retail. He held additional responsibilities as Property Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio with $100 million in assets under management. Mr. de la Hoz graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Construction Management.
